Requests and quotes. A request is not an order, and sending one costs nothing. I check with the potter, then send you a quote with the price, shipping and import duties. An order starts only when you agree to the quote and pay.

Delivery. Delivery times depend on the potter and on shipping. I'll give you my best estimate with the quote and tell you early if it changes. If, in the rare case, the potter can't supply your piece after you've paid (for example, it sells elsewhere first or breaks before it reaches me), I refund you in full.

Damage. If a piece arrives damaged, email me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll refund or re-order it at no cost to you. You don't need to send it back.

Change of mind. Each piece is ordered from the potter for you, so I can't accept returns for a change of mind.

Gifts. I can send a piece to another address with a short card.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
